This project is located in Block 0606, Yizhuang New City, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total construction area of 40255.16 square meters, covering multiple buildings such as 2 three story production plants and 1 five story research and development plant. ​

The total investment of Shengjisheng Semiconductor project is about 2.1 billion yuan, which is expected to be completed by Beijing in 2025; 3 100s” As a member of the key project plan, it is of great significance to China's semiconductor industry. After completion and production, the company will focus on the research and development of plasma nitriding and rapid heat treatment equipment, as well as high-density plasma chemical vapor deposition equipment. It is expected to fill the gap in related application technologies in China and help break the situation where high-end chip manufacturing equipment is subject to others. ​

Since the start of construction in September 2023, the project team of BRSE has carefully organized and overcome many difficulties.
